1-1 Training

I will be guiding you through your journey to build confidence and discipline as we embark on your challenges together. I aim to equip you with the tools to progress in both your training and other areas of your life.

You will receive your bespoke training sessions in the fully equipped private gym in Harpenden, in this we have the opportunity to analyse your movement and mobility while we develop your understanding of training and test your capabilities within your custom programme.

We will address nutrition and lifestyle barriers you may have, and use critical thinking to overcome these while maintaining enjoyment for life and a thirst for continual progress and success.
